Chain link fence installation in Mobile and Baldwin County
Chain link is the most affordable way to fence a large yard, keep pets in or secure a business. We install galvanized and vinyl-coated chain link with matching walk and drive gates.
Styles we build
Heights
- 4 ft
- 5 ft
- 6 ft
Four feet works for most pets and yards. Businesses usually go taller, often with barbed wire on top.
- Galvanized
- Zinc-coated steel in the classic silver finish. The lowest cost per foot.
- Black vinyl-coated
- A black coating over galvanized wire. Blends into the yard and adds a layer of rust protection.
- Green or white vinyl-coated
- The same coated wire in green to blend with grass and trees, or white.
- Privacy slats
- Slats woven into the mesh cut down the view while letting air through.
How we build it
Rust-resistant wire
Galvanized wire has a zinc coating that resists rust. Vinyl coating adds a second layer, which helps near the coast.
Top rail and tension wire
A top rail and bottom tension wire keep the mesh tight so it does not sag or get pushed under.
Gates that match
Walk gates and double drive gates in the same finish as your fence.
Residential to commercial
We build chain link for backyards, dog runs, ballfields, storage yards and job sites.
Common questions
Will chain link rust near the coast?
Galvanized wire resists rust, and vinyl-coated wire adds another layer of protection. For homes close to salt water, coated chain link holds up best.
Can I get privacy with chain link?
Yes. Privacy slats or a windscreen cut the view. They come in several colors.
Will chain link keep my dog in?
For most dogs, yes. For dogs that dig, ask about a bottom tension wire set close to the ground. For jumpers, choose 5 or 6 feet.
